19th Annotation

The 19th Annotation is a version of St. Ignatius of Loyola’s Spiritual Exercises, tailored for individuals that are unable to take a full 30 days away from their responsibilities.

The Spiritual Exercises use scripture in daily prayer to draw a person deeper into relationship with Jesus and to journey with Him through His life. Though written in the 1500s, the Spiritual Exercises are still just as life changing today.

This practice requires an hour of daily prayer, journaling, Examen, and weekly meetings with a Spiritual Director over the course of nine months.

This allows for one to experience the profound and transformative experience that the Spiritual Exercises offers while maintaining regular work and home life.
